This Pacari organic dark chocolate couverture is made from Arriba Nacional cocoa beans. The cocoa is grown in the regions of Esmeraldas, known for producing some of the nation’s finest cacao. This delicate couverture has a creamy taste with notes of
banana, hazelnut and light caramel. The chocolate is 100% grown and processed in Ecuador. It is definitely our favorite.
This Pacari couverture is also available as biodynamic certified variety. Biodynamic products are scientifically proven to be more wholesome – as the biodiversity chain on the farm transfers high nutrients into the products. The production is more ethical since profits go directly back to the farms.
Technical uses: baking, molding pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondue, chocolate filling, ice cream and all other applications of chocolate making.
