This Pacari organic dark chocolate couverture is made from Arriba Nacional cocoa beans. The cocoa is grown in the regions of Esmeraldas, known for producing some of the nation’s finest cacao. This delicate couverture is only sweetened with coconut sugar. It’s silky consistency is full of fruity and natural flavors with hints of walnuts. The chocolate is 100% grown and processed in Ecuador. It is definitely our favorite.
Technical uses: baking, molding pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondue, chocolate filling, ice cream and all other applications of chocolate making.
