This Pacari organic raw dark chocolate couverture is made from Arriba Nacional cocoa beans. The cocoa is grown in the regions of Esmeraldas, Manabi and Los Rios. The particularly gentle processing of the cocoa beans ensures that the original aromas and many of the healthy ingredients such as antioxidants, are largely retained. The raw couverture is only sweetened with organic coconut sugar. Pacari has won various international chocolate awards. The chocolate is 100% grown and processed in Ecuador. It is definitely our favorite.
