This Pacari organic vegan ‘milk’ chocolate couverture is made from Arriba Nacional cocoa beans. It contains coconut cream to give you that extra creamy factor and is sweetened with coconut sugar. It is a fantastic alternative to dairy. The couverture is also free from palm oils, soy and gluten. The chocolate is 100% grown and processed in Ecuador.
Technical uses: baking, molding pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondue, chocolate filling, ice cream and all other applications of chocolate making.
