Valrhona Guanaja couverture chocolate is created from a blend of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa beans from South America. The Guanaja offers exceptionally strong flavors. It has floral notes, an intense and exceptionally long lingering taste, which is typical for cocoa beans from South America. Technical uses: baking, chocolate decoration, molding, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
