Baked apples are a classic holiday dessert in the Christmas traditions of Germany or as a sweet main dish in cold weather. They can be prepared with many different fillings and they are often served with vanilla custard. These fine winter pastries reminiscent of the popular dessert. The small pastry bites contain a baked apple and raisins filling and are packaged in a decorative gift bag or nostalgic tin. Each pastry is individually wrapped.
Ingredients:
30% baked apple filling (sugar, 8% apple puree, glucose fructose syrup, raisins, potable water, 2.3% dried apple cubes, modified starch, gelling agent: pectin; acidity regulators: calcium citrate, citric acid; spice, preservative: potassium sorbate), wheat flour, vegetable fats and vegetable oils, sugar, potable water, raisins, dextrose, almonds, yeast, whole egg, cooking salt, natural aromas, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of dietary fatty acids, soy lecithin.

This product may contain traces of nuts and gluten. Store in a cool dry place and away from the sun, at 15 – 18 degrees Celsius.
