Valrhona Ivoire is a white couverture chocolate that is lightly sweetened and reveals aromas of warm milk enhanced by delicate vanilla notes. The Ivoire is a very pleasantly melting white couverture with 35% cocoa / cocoa butter. It belongs to the “Création Gourmande” line and is one of the best white chocolates on the market. It pairs well with red fruits.
The small chocolate drops are not only easy to melt, they are also a wonderful snack. Technical uses: ganache, ice cream, mousse, baking, chocolate decoration, molding, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
