Chocolate and salt are a famous pairing and a perfect combination with the crunchy caramel pieces and the toffee flavor of the coconut blossom sugar. The 100% natural salt has a high mineral content and is extracted from the Maras Salt Mines located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas approx. 4000 meters above sea level.
